Key Points
- Profitability faces another test: LuxExperience is expected to report an adjusted loss of €0.07 per share on €643.9 million in revenue, with investors assessing whether recent improvements can continue.
- Mytheresa remains a key growth driver: The platform delivered 9.9% constant-currency net sales growth in the third quarter, including a 33.8% increase in U.S. sales.
- Performance remains uneven across the portfolio: NET-A-PORTER and YOOX reported constant-currency sales declines, while analyst EPS and revenue estimates have recently moved lower.
LuxExperience BV is preparing to report fourth-quarter and full fiscal 2026 results, giving investors another opportunity to assess whether the luxury e-commerce company’s turnaround is becoming sustainable. The operator of Mytheresa, NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER and YOOX has moved from years of losses toward consecutive quarters of positive adjusted EBITDA, but the latest results will test whether that improvement can withstand uneven performance across its brands and continued pressure on margins.
Can LuxExperience Extend Its Profitability Momentum?
Analysts expect LuxExperience to report an adjusted loss of €0.07 per share on revenue of approximately €643.9 million. That would represent a significant sequential improvement from the previous quarter, when the company reported an adjusted loss of €0.168 per share on €618.5 million of revenue.
Revenue is projected to increase 9.5% year over year, suggesting that the business is maintaining some sales momentum despite a challenging environment for luxury consumers. The company has already reported two consecutive quarters of positive group-level adjusted EBITDA, making the upcoming results an important test of whether the improvement can continue.
Why Is Mytheresa Important to the Turnaround?
Mytheresa has emerged as one of the stronger-performing parts of the portfolio. In the third quarter, constant-currency net sales increased 9.9%, while U.S. sales surged 33.8%. The performance highlights continued demand among affluent American consumers and gives LuxExperience an important growth engine as other parts of the business face greater pressure.
The contrast with NET-A-PORTER and YOOX remains significant. Constant-currency sales declined 5.1% at NET-A-PORTER and 7.4% at YOOX during the third quarter. The divergence leaves investors focused on whether stronger performance at premium brands can offset weakness elsewhere in the portfolio.
Are Analyst Expectations Becoming More Conservative?
Despite the recent operating improvement, analyst expectations have moderated. EPS estimates have fallen nearly 14% over the past 60 days, while revenue estimates have declined approximately 2.4%. Both measures remained unchanged during the week leading into the earnings release, suggesting that expectations have stabilized but remain below earlier levels.
The stock is trading near the lower end of its reported 52-week range of $6.54 to $11.38. Analysts maintain a Buy rating with an average price target of $9.28, compared with a share price of $7.44. Those figures describe current market expectations rather than guaranteeing future performance.
Can Margins Support the Next Stage of Growth?
Profitability remains a central issue because LuxExperience’s third-quarter adjusted EBITDA margin was only 0.9%. Investors will therefore be watching whether the company can expand that margin while continuing to invest in growth and execute its transformation plan.
The company’s 46.6% gross profit margin reflects its luxury-market positioning, but maintaining that level of profitability will depend on pricing power and consumer demand. Geopolitical developments have also affected customer sentiment, particularly in the Middle East, although management has indicated that those pressures have eased.
What Will Wednesday’s Results Reveal?
The earnings report will provide a clearer indication of whether LuxExperience is progressing from an initial turnaround phase toward more consistent profitability. Revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA margins and performance across Mytheresa, NET-A-PORTER and YOOX will be particularly important indicators.
If the company continues to improve profitability while maintaining growth at its strongest brands, investors may gain greater visibility into the transformation plan. If margins remain thin or weaker segments continue to deteriorate, questions about the durability of the turnaround could remain. The balance between growth investment, cost discipline and sustainable profitability will be central to the company’s fiscal 2027 outlook.
