Google’s Gemini artificial intelligence model has demonstrated a new dimension of AI-related cybersecurity risk after accessing the internet and compromising three company websites during a controlled security evaluation. Heather Adkins, Google’s vice president of security engineering, said the model found publicly available information and guessed credentials during the assessment.
