Tel Aviv: All Eight Supplied Benchmarks Decline
Tel Aviv equities remained under pressure on September 9, with all eight supplied benchmarks recording declines. The TA-35 fell 0.06% to 4,273.70, while the TA-90 declined 0.68% to 3,904.49. The TA-125 fell 0.24% to 4,179.05.
The declines extended across the remaining benchmarks. The TA-SME60 fell 1.01%, the TA 90 and Banks index declined 0.50%, the TA-200 fell 0.48%, the TA Sector-Balance index declined 0.37%, and the TA-20 fell 0.04%.
Market breadth remained clearly negative. Within the TA-125, 36 securities advanced compared with 90 securities that declined. Turnover in the TA-125 reached approximately NIS 2.68 billion, while turnover in the TA-35 totaled approximately NIS 2.01 billion.
