Tel Aviv financial markets are continuing their recovery, with all major equity benchmarks trading higher and market breadth remaining strongly positive. The TA-90 is leading the advance with a 1.38% gain, while the TA-125 and TA-35 are also moving higher. At the same time, positive participation across value, banking and sector benchmarks indicates that the improvement is extending beyond a limited group of large-cap shares.

TA-90 Leads Gains as Broad Equity Participation Strengthens

The TA-35 has advanced 0.45% to 4,186.78 points, supported by 22 advancing securities compared with 14 declining securities. The positive breadth indicates that the benchmark’s gain is accompanied by participation across a majority of its constituents rather than being driven solely by a small number of large-cap companies.

The broader TA-125 has risen 0.75% to 4,070.21 points. Market breadth is strongly positive, with 94 advancing securities compared with 32 declining securities and no unchanged securities. The significant difference between advancing and declining securities points to broad-based buying across the wider Tel Aviv equity market.

Mid-cap equities are showing the strongest momentum among the major benchmarks. The TA-90 has climbed 1.38% to 3,693.58 points, with 72 advancing securities compared with only 18 declining securities. The breadth of the move indicates strong participation across mid-cap shares and suggests that investors are willing to increase exposure beyond the largest companies.

The TA-90 and Banks Index has also gained 0.86% to 3,932.08 points. Its internal participation is firmly positive, with 72 advancing securities compared with 23 declining securities. Banking and financial shares are therefore participating in the broader recovery rather than acting as a source of market weakness.

Equity turnover has reached approximately ₪571 million, reflecting substantial participation and continued liquidity. The combination of rising benchmarks, strong breadth and active turnover points to a meaningful improvement in market participation.

Sector and Value Stocks Add to the Positive Market Signal

The TA-125 Value Index has advanced 0.32% to 4,153.97 points. Its internal breadth is positive, with 36 advancing securities compared with 20 declining securities and no unchanged securities. The data indicates that value-oriented shares are also benefiting from the broader improvement, although their gain is more moderate than the advance in the TA-90.

The TA Sector-Balance Index has gained 1.03% to 4,643.46 points, making it one of the stronger equity benchmarks. Market breadth is particularly constructive, with 75 advancing securities compared with 25 declining securities. This suggests that the advance is spread across multiple sectors rather than concentrated in a narrow portion of the market.

The current structure is notably stronger than a market in which headline indices rise while underlying participation remains weak. The TA-35, TA-90 and TA-125 are all advancing, while advancing securities substantially outnumber declining securities across each benchmark. The strongest breadth is visible in the TA-125 and TA-90, reinforcing the indication of broad investor participation.

The sector and banking data also point toward wider market engagement. Investors appear to be increasing exposure across multiple segments, including mid-cap companies, financial shares and sector-oriented equities.

Bond Markets Remain Stable as Fixed-Income Breadth Improves

Fixed-income markets are also maintaining a constructive tone. The All-Bond Index has gained 0.01% to 432.64 points, with 204 advancing securities compared with 98 declining securities and 250 unchanged securities. Although the price gain is modest, the positive breadth indicates that buying activity is spread across a substantial portion of the bond market.

The Short-Term Bond Index is unchanged at 477.93 points. Its internal participation remains positive, with 24 advancing securities compared with 13 declining securities and 17 unchanged securities. The stability of shorter-duration bonds continues to provide a relatively defensive component within the broader market environment.

Inflation-linked bonds are also advancing. The Tel Bond A Inflation-Linked Index has gained 0.02% to 438.47 points, with 21 advancing securities compared with 15 declining securities and 42 unchanged securities. The Tel Bond 60 Inflation-Linked Index has risen 0.06% to 428.41 points, supported by 38 advancing securities compared with only eight declining securities and 12 unchanged securities.

Bond-market turnover stands at approximately ₪161 million, compared with equity-market turnover of approximately ₪571 million. The activity indicates that investors remain engaged across both asset classes while the broader market recovery continues.

Outlook: Investors Watch Whether Broad-Based Strength Can Continue

Looking ahead, investors will focus on whether the strong breadth across the TA-90, TA-125, banking and sector benchmarks can support a sustained recovery in Tel Aviv equities. Continued participation across mid-cap and large-cap shares would strengthen the recovery signal, while a reversal in breadth could indicate that the latest gains are losing momentum. Institutional flows, global equity-market direction, interest-rate expectations, corporate earnings and developments in the bond market will remain important factors. For now, the data points to a broadly constructive environment, with all major equity benchmarks higher, advancing securities clearly outnumbering decliners and bond markets also showing modest gains.
