Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Site

These Terms of Use define the use of the website you are accessing. You are required to read these Terms of Use carefully. Visiting and using the website will be permitted subject to the provisions of these Terms. If any of the Terms are unacceptable to you, for any reason, you are requested not to use the website.
These Terms of Use are written in the masculine form for convenience purposes only, but what is stated in the Terms of Use is true and correct regardless of gender/legal entity.
We reserve the right to update and/or delete and/or amend and/or make any changes to the terms stated in this document from time to time, at our sole discretion, subject to any law.
About the site
- The SKN website is a financial portal from Shushan Mor Insurance Agency (2022) Ltd., Company No. 516606654 (hereinafter: the “Operators”) are the operators of the SKN Portal website at the address: www.skn.co.il (above and hereinafter: the “Website”).
- The purpose of the site is to present information to the general public on the subject of the capital market, economics, insurance and savings, informative and professional articles, and to allow site users to provide their details to operators so that they can be transferred to third parties.
- It is clarified that although some of the rights on the site belong to Shoshan Mor Insurance Agency (2022) Ltd., Company No. 516606654 (hereinafter: “Shoshan Mor”), the information on the site should not be considered investment advice or marketing and/or personal pension advice and/or marketing and/or a substitute for such marketing and/or tax advice or a substitute for receiving such advice that takes into account the unique data and needs of each person.
Use of the website
Anyone who is an Israeli citizen/resident, aged 18 or over, who possesses the appropriate equipment to use the site, including appropriate software/hardware and access to the network, may use the site. A user who wishes to provide their details will also need to have a personal email address and/or a local Israeli mobile phone number as well as a compatible mobile device.
Use of the site is for personal purposes only and is not intended for commercial use of any kind.
Accordingly, to the extent that any of the users of the site make commercial use, or use that is not private and for personal needs, the user will be liable to pay the operators for this use and will not make any other use of the site, including unlawful use.
There is no charge for using the site at this stage, but the operators reserve the right to convert some/all of the services on the site into paid services at their sole discretion. A notice of the collection of such a fee will be published on the site prior to the commencement of its collection. To the extent that such a fee is collected, the user will be liable for payment for the consumption of the paid services, as published on the site.
Some of the information appearing on the site was provided by third parties. The operators will not be responsible for the accuracy of the information and/or the user’s reliance on the information appearing on the site, and as stated above, the information appearing on the site does not constitute advice of any kind (legal/pension/financial/accounting/tax or other) and is for general information only.
It should also be noted that the information appearing on the site is not necessarily objective information and it is possible, in light of the fact that some of the information was provided by third parties, that it is information intended to promote the businesses of third parties.
Without prejudice to the generality of the above, the content of the site, including the information published therein, may not be distributed, copied, reproduced and/or displayed in any other way, whether on the Internet or by other means, whether directly or indirectly, without prior written permission from the operators.
Works and/or trademarks and/or designs and/or publications on the site are owned by the operators or Net Financial Solutions Ltd. or another third party with whom the operators have entered into an agreement and/or are on the site with the permission of their owners, and no use may be made of any of the marks appearing on the site, including the site logo, site name, site connectivity, trade names and/or works and/or any intellectual property belonging to the operators or anyone on their behalf and/or located on the site, without the operators’ prior written permission.
Privacy and Disclosure
It is possible that in order to receive some/all of the services on the site or to be exposed to some/all of the information, the user will be required to provide details, such as name, telephone number, email and any other information that may be required (hereinafter: “the details”). Without providing the aforementioned details, it may not be possible to receive all of the services on the site and to be exposed to some/all of the information on the site.
The user hereby declares that the details he will provide are his own and are correct and accurate. However, it is understood that there is no obligation to provide the details and that their provision is subject to the user’s sole decision.
By using the site and providing your details and as a condition for some of the services provided on the site, you hereby agree that your details will be transferred to third parties, including insurance agents, financial planners, other third parties with whom the operators have entered into an agreement, and that those third parties will contact you and/or send you messages/offers/text messages/advertising by telephone and/or by e-mail and/or by other means, at the discretion of the operators or third parties.
Without derogating from the foregoing, by providing your details, you consent to receive e-mail and/or text messages or telephone calls that meet the definition of “advertising”, according to Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Telecommunication and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, as long as you have not given notice requesting the cessation of receiving advertising and inquiries, in the manner prescribed by law.
The operators will not be liable for damages, loss of profits, damage to goodwill, reliance, expense, breach of contract, etc. – direct and/or indirect – caused, if and to the extent caused, due to a violation of the confidentiality of user information, which were not caused by malice or a criminal offense by the operators.
The Site and its operators may use users’ personal information, such as aggregated analysis of user purchasing patterns and behavior, for the purpose of investigating complaints and/or reviews, including through the use of cookies. Each user can reconfigure their browser to refuse all cookies or to alert them when cookies are sent to them. However, please note that some parts of the Site may not function properly if a user refuses to accept cookies.
The operators will respond to any request for information – including personal information and private information – if submitted in accordance with a legal process, such as a search warrant, court order, etc., without the need to provide prior notice to the user.
The operators will be able to save the information provided by the user, subject to the provisions of any law, and if necessary, will manage a database and will act to remove the user’s information from the database and from mailing lists or referrals, subject to a written request to the operators at sknportal@gmail.com, all subject to any law and in particular taking into account the provisions requiring documentation of information by law.

Without derogating from the above, regarding the information on the website being general only, it is hereby clarified that the information on the website should not be considered an offer for insurance or an offer for any engagement or transaction, including as defined in Section 2 of the Contracts Law (General Part), 5733-1973.
Receiving advice, executing transactions and adapting relevant products to the user, including receiving offers, prices, terms of the transaction, etc., will be done through third parties only.
The user has full responsibility for ensuring that his end equipment is suitable for use on the site and the operators will not be liable for any damage or change that may be caused to the user’s end equipment as a result of using the site (hardware or software). The user will not make any use of the site that may cause damage to the site or the operators or third parties and especially not to other users. The user will indemnify or compensate the operators or third parties for any damage or expense that may be caused to them as a result of his act or omission in using the site.
The operators may not allow any person or group of persons to use the site, whether such use has been approved in the past or not, at their sole discretion, without the need to provide prior notice.
The law that will apply to these terms of use is Israeli law only and the authority to discuss any dispute in connection therewith will be vested solely in the courts of the Haifa district.
